For every coin drop you can specify the following:

• How many coins each community member gets
  • You can specify this amount in your coin (e.g. 5 $KKCR coin), or in USD (e.g. $5 USD worth of $KKCR coin). See more about specifying values in your coin vs. USD here
• How many people in total can claim the coin drop
  • Regardless of the total you set, a person can only claim each drop once
• The day and time the coin drop goes live, and when it expires

<aside> ⌛ Note: We require a cap and an end date on airdrops because otherwise, we're unable to calculate the required escrow amount or release any unused funds that go unclaimed.

• Whether the coin drop link is publicly displayed on your Bonfire profile, or kept private

Your community members can redeem coin drops from the landing page that gets created for each coin drop.

After your coin drop is set up and goes live, you can use the Activity tab in your dashboard to track who has claimed the drop.

Considerations for creating a Coin Drop

Before you create a coin drop, review the following considerations:

• You must have enough coins in your Bonfire escrow wallet to cover the value of the drop
  • If your escrow wallet runs out of balance and someone tries to claim your drop, the transfer will fail
