Season Pass
Season Passes are time-bound, tiered memberships built around a specific campaign - from a singular event like an album release or tour, to seasonal content like a podcast season or video series.

1. Create Your Season
- Go to Season > Create Season
- Give your season a name, image, description, and define the start and end dates
2. Creating Season Passes
- On the Season tab, click “Passes” > “Add Pass”
- Choose whether you’d like to create a new pass for this season, or link one of your existing membership passes, making it a Season Pass. Then complete the corresponding form to create and/or add the pass to your season.
- Repeat this process for each season pass tier you’d like to create. You may have up to 5 active pass tiers at a time.

📣 Now that your season and passes are ready to go, don’t forget to announce your upcoming Season Pass(es) to get your community excited for launch!

Adding Pass Perks & Benefits
Once your season kicks off, you can begin sharing exclusive perks, benefits & content with pass holders. Currently Bonfire supports the following pass perks & benefits:
- Private Posts - broadcast news & announcements to your members. Posts get shared to your Feed, as well as directly to fan’s email inboxes (optional)
- Exclusive Content - share exclusive image, audio and video content with members
- Gated Livestreams - host members-only livestreams, listening parties & events for your members
- Exclusive Products on Shopify (coming soon) - creators who use Shopify for their e-commerce business can easily offer exclusive products & discounts for pass holders using the Bonfire Shopify App
- Presale Tickets on Ticketmaster - setup a private presale window just for pass holders. If you’re interested in using this perk, please reach out to our team at [email protected] to get started
